Building a healthy marimba warm up routine

This masterclass is aimed at both high school and college percussionist. The goal of the class is to introduce 3 steps towards building a reliable and sustainable warm up routine for the marimba.

  1. Stretching (warm up and cooldown)

  2. Building an every day routine (Setting practice goals and routine)

  3. Building technique

This class utilizes a mixture of lecture, demonstration, and interactive components.
